Advanced Resource Managers is seeking an SAP Payroll Officer (Pensions) in London to lead UAT and parallel payroll runs, validating data and resolving discrepancies. You will work directly in SAP, support system configuration and testing, and coordinate with HR, Finance and IT teams through go-live.

Ideal candidates have hands-on payroll testing experience, knowledge of SAP payroll modules, and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders during a live implementation.

Qualificações

• UAT experience for payroll systems and live implementations.
• Hands-on payroll data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience coordinating with HR, Finance, IT and external teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support UAT, parallel payroll runs and testing cycles.
• Validate and reconcile payroll data, investigate discrepancies and track defects to resolution.
• Work directly within SAP to support configuration, changes and testing.
• Map existing processes and maintain clear project documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and external system implementation teams.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and key implementation milestones.
• Experience supporting multiple payroll system implementations, especially SAP.
• Some additional hours, including potential weekend work, near go-live.
