Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Officer to support a live payroll system implementation in a pensions and payroll environment. This hands-on, project-focused role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently from day one in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have proven SAP payroll experience, be able to run UAT, data validation and reconciliations, and work closely with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP payroll expertise and project implementation experience.
• Experience with UAT, parallel runs and payroll validation.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to identify, track and resolve system defects.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on SAP payroll support during a live system implementation.
• Conduct UAT, parallel runs and payroll validation.
• Perform data checks, reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Track, investigate and resolve system defects.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and third-party suppliers.
• Support implementation activities, ensuring payroll data/processes are accurate.
