Accenture Security is seeking an SAP or Oracle Security Consultant to join our Transformation team. You will work on complex SAP/Oracle security programmes, assess current environments, identify risks and design future-state security capabilities.

You will own defined areas, interact with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality client artefacts while supporting junior teammates. A UK-wide travel requirement is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP or Oracle security within cyber security or large-scale transformation.
• Experience in IAM, roles and authorisations, PAM, SoD or governance.
• Experience translating findings into requirements and transformation plans.
• A strong understanding of security risks and controls for enterprise apps.
• Ownership of defined workstreams with limited supervision.
• Stakeholder management and client-facing workshop facilitation.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.

Responsabilités

• Lead a defined area within SAP and/or Oracle security transformation programmes, owning analysis, design and delivery.
• Assess existing SAP/Oracle security capabilities to identify risks and gaps.
• Design security requirements and target-state capabilities (IAM, roles, PAM, SoD, governance).
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand requirements.
• Translate risks and business needs into practical recommendations and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with SAP/Oracle teams and client stakeholders to embed security in transformations.
• Produce and present client deliverables, including assessments and implementation plans.
• Manage activities, risks, issues and dependencies; ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor analysts and junior team members to support high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, client discussions and Accenture's Security Transformation growth.
