Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on large SAP S/4HANA projects
• Support pre-sales cycles and client presentations to C-suite stakeholders
• Design and implement complex SAP Supply Chain solutions, collaborating across workstreams
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Manage SAP delivery projects, including timelines and team supervision
• Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bids and proposals

Requirements

• Functional expertise in SAP Supply Chain areas, especially SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP EAM/PM/MRO, SAP Order Management & Fulfillment, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, and SAP Transport Management
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes and integration
• Experience in SAP system design, build, and deployment (preferably 2+ full lifecycle implementations)
• Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure quality delivery
• Analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience in team leadership (on/offshore), mentoring, and knowledge transfer
