Job summary

The ELLIS Group Architects Pty in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to design, configure and enhance SAP HCM and Payroll solutions within a large enterprise landscape. You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, delivering projects and resolving live service issues while maintaining high documentation standards.

You will bring strong SAP HCM expertise (PA/OM/Time/Payroll), experience with SuccessFactors, and knowledge of S/4HANA, BTP and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP HCM functional expertise including PA, OM, Time, Payroll and Employee Self-Service.
• Experience supporting SAP HCM in complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP's roadmap including S/4HANA, BTP and Cloud solutions.
• Broad SAP technical awareness across Workflow, ABAP, Security, Integration, BASIS, Portals and UI5.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills with project delivery experience.

• Work within the SAP HCM and Payroll team to deliver projects and resolve live service issues in a multi-supplier environment.
• Produce high-quality documentation including Functional Specifications, Solution Designs and WRICEF artefacts.
• Engage with client stakeholders to investigate requirements, provide solutions and ensure service commitments are met.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, providing accurate estimates and contributing to successful project delivery.

Skills Required

• Strong SAP HCM functional expertise including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll and Employee Self-Service.
• Experience supporting and enhancing SAP HCM solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP's modern technology roadmap including S/4HANA, BTP and Cloud solutions.
• Broader SAP technical awareness across Workflow, ABAP, Security, Integration, BASIS, Portals and UI5.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills with experience in project delivery and application support.
