Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced SAP HANA/SDI data engineer to design, develop, and optimise data solutions across SAP HANA and SuccessFactors, supporting HR analytics and reporting. You will collaborate with HR, BI, and analytics teams to deliver high‑quality data services.

The role emphasises data governance, secure solutions, and AI‑assisted development practices within a hybrid UK office setting. Experience with Tableau is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI)
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors extraction and reporting methods
• Strong SAP HANA SQL and data-modelling skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise SuccessFactors data solutions within SAP HANA
• Build and optimise data ingestion and transformation using SDI and BODS
• Translate People Analytics requirements into robust technical designs
• Develop reliable reporting datasets and downstream integrations with governance controls
• Support Tableau dashboards and analytics for HR reporting
