During the implementation phase, you will support training, user readiness and deployment activities to prepare the business for SAP Go-Live. Following deployment, you will transition into the Grief Team, investigating and resolving process exceptions, identifying root causes, supporting end users and driving sustainable process improvements that ensure efficient, compliant and effective business operations.**Phased Delivery Model:*** **Phase 1: Build (Aug–Dec 2026 | Day Shift)** Develop capability through blended learning (digital, classroom, and practical application). Create consistent training materials, standard work, and process documentation aligned to business needs.* **Phase 2: Deliver (Jan–May 2027 | Multi-Shift)** Deliver structured end-user training across all shifts, ensuring readiness ahead of Go-Live.
