Job Description:

We are seeking an SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Analyst to join our IT department. You will be part of a specialized team responsible for supporting two SAP systems across divisions, utilizing a DevSecOps approach for change management.

The existing SAP GTS system in our Helicopters division requires immediate support, and we are about to roll out SAP GTS in our Electronics division. This is an excellent opportunity to join us during this exciting phase.

As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will have a foundation in SAP consultation related to Global Trade Services and will support, design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to meet business objectives.

The role offers flexibility, with up to 80% remote work, and occasional attendance at our main sites (Luton, Basildon, Yeovil, Edinburgh, Southampton).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects from design to completion, achieving business goals.
• Coordinate and supervise team activities.
• Handle complex technical problems within your GTS specialty.
• Prioritize work to meet SLAs for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects.
• Collaborate with the business to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support migration projects as needed.
• Translate business requirements into solution frameworks.
• Work with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and problems.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Obtain acceptance for deliverables.
• Adhere to internal and external standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP GTS Functional Analyst.
• Deep understanding of SAP GTS and system change implementation.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience implementing SAP GTS as a Greenfield project.
• Experience with SAP GTS integrated with Customs Declaration Systems.
