Job summary

Co-op in Manchester is seeking two Business Process Partners to join our Process Services team. You will help optimise SAP S/4HANA finance processes, working with Finance teams, senior leaders, and technical colleagues to ensure efficient, future-ready ways of working.

You’ll identify opportunities to improve processes, connect people with technology, and participate in governance and transformation programmes that support our member-owners' value.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a finance environment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
• Ability to build positive relationships and guide colleagues through business changes.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence and challenge others to deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Process Services, and technical colleagues to improve end-to-end finance processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders to shape priorities and influence decisions.
• Attend governance forums and planning sessions to understand future direction and requirements.
• Deliver process improvements in collaboration with experts, analysts, and technical specialists.
• Represent Process Services on transformation programmes to shape process and solution design.
• Use data to identify opportunities, manage risks, and drive continuous optimisation.
• Support development of training and guidance for systems and processes.
• Identify risks and issues and own delivery of solutions.
