Job summary

Co-op is seeking two Business Process Partners to join our Process Services team in Manchester. You will help optimise SAP S/4HANA finance processes and partner with finance leaders to deliver efficient, future‑ready solutions.

Hybrid work in Manchester city centre with two days in the office; salary £52,000 to £60,000 plus great benefits. You’ll influence change, build relationships and drive continuous improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a finance environment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
• Ability to build positive relationships and guide colleagues through business changes.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence and challenge people inclusively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Process Services, and technical colleagues to improve end-to-end finance processes within SAP S/4 HANA.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, helping to shape priorities and influence decisions.
• Attend governance forums and planning sessions to understand future direction and wider change sources.
• Work with experts, analysts, and technical specialists to deliver process improvements with real impact.
• Represent Process Services on transformation programmes to shape process and solution design.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement, manage risks, and drive continuous optimisation.
• Support development of training and guidance to help colleagues get the most from systems and processes.
• Identify risks and issues and own the delivery of solutions.
