Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition (UK & Europe) at HCLTech

Mandatory: Proven knowledge and excellent understanding in the following areas:

1. At least 10 years’ experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management
2. Highly competent in SAP S4H Embedded EWM, handling Production Material Requests, Order staging & warehouse movements
3. Experience with STO (Stock Transport Orders) both intra- and intercompany with deliveries
4. Good knowledge of Inventory Management (IM), Transfer postings, Goods issues & Stock creation
5. Hands-on knowledge of Picking & Put away strategies (Fixed bin, Next Empty bin, etc.) & Shelf-life expiration date (SLED)
6. Experience with Pick Handling Units (HU) and automatic Handling Unit number generation
7. Experience with Process-Oriented Storage control & Layout-oriented Storage control
8. Knowledge of RFUI and Wave management
9. SAP configuration of EWM module and cross-module integration (PP/QM)
10. Experience with interfaces and familiarity with IDOC/BADI/BAPI
11. Hands-on knowledge of integration with third-party tools
12. Ability to analyze all logistics business processes, including inbound operations, internal warehouse operations, production supplies, and outbound operations
13. Competence across all project phases: eliciting requirements, preparing SAP solutions (including BPDD, Signavio Flow, functional specifications for developments, and test scripts)
14. Knowledge of warehousing structures and master data
15. Understanding of Serial Numbers and processing Batches
