DXC continues to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and in Europe and are looking for a SAP WM/eWM Consultant who will be our product/system expert for SAP Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management.

You will have the opportunity to work across several accounts across multiple industries. We are a virtual first company, so you will be based at home with minimal travel.

What you will be doing

You will be working with clients and the Logistics team to gather and analyze business requirements for the support and configuration of SAP Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management (WM/eWM), as well as exploring other areas of SAP Logistics functionality. You should understand the business processes of the functional area and participate in the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and/or enhancement of SAP modules to align with business requirements, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will participate in problem identification and assist in developing solutions with the technical team.

Due to the nature of our accounts, security clearance is required. The criteria include being a British Citizen with no dual citizenships/Overseas OCI Cards and having lived in the UK for the last 5 consecutive years.

Essential Job Functions

• Gather and analyze user business requirements and processes.
• Understand client requirements and the functionality of the WM/eWM modules.
• Define and document business requirements and validate solutions with the client, including AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Work with business users to configure/customize SAP to translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
• Define initial settings, security settings, and reporting options relevant to the modules.
• Understand processes, reporting needs, and user interfaces impacted by WM/eWM functionality, acting as SME.
• Identify modifications, recommend, and apply changes as appropriate.
• Experience with SAP WM/eWM functions, including communication with technical teams and clients to resolve issues.
• Provide end-user training and support junior team members' learning and upskilling.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with SAP WM/eWM in business solutions, analysis, or management analysis.
• Additional experience with SAP modules related to eWM/WM.
• Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives.
• Ideally SAP certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
