As an SAP S/4HANA EAM Senior consultant, you will work as part of a team delivering innovative SAP solutions across various industries, focusing on core Plant Maintenance solutions and contributing to the SAP SCM Capability. You will work on all project stages, from shaping to post-go-live support, with opportunities to develop your skills through Capgemini’s learning programs.

Our UK SAP Practice Team is a leading SAP partner with over 1000 practitioners, ranked #1 for SAP S/4HANA certifications. We help clients navigate complex transformations using the latest SAP products and methodologies.

Your role

• Provide Functional Consulting within SAP S/4HANA EAM to deliver value.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Translate business use cases into solution designs.
• Solve problems and deliver solutions in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Lead functional areas through the project lifecycle.
• Identify new SAP interfaces and capabilities.
• Work with experienced SAP consultants and global clients.
• Develop thought leadership and industry knowledge.
• Contribute to practice growth and EAM initiatives.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, mainly in EAM.
• Knowledge of wider EAM functionalities like PLM, WCM, and phase-model processes.
• Advisory skills and best practice design principles.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP projects.
• Familiarity with project tools like JIRA, Solution Manager, Signavio.
• Ability to create functional designs and specifications.
• Strong understanding of Plant Maintenance operations and processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Plant Maintenance.
• Experience with Fiori applications and mobile SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP org structure design.
• Interest in AI and Machine Learning within SAP for automation and analytics.
