You will develop and maintain SAP-driven production plans, coordinate material availability, partner with procurement, quality and logistics, and provide reliable reporting to management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., SAP PP, MM, or similar modules).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedules using SAP to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Coordinate production workflows to ensure timely manufacturing, considering capacity and materials availability.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes in demand.
  • Collaborate with procurement, inventory, quality and logistics teams to align schedules and resolve issues.
  • Utilize SAP to generate reports on production performance, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics.
  • Provide accurate delivery timelines to customers and support escalation management when needed.
  • Identify and implement improvements in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes.
