Job summary

INEOS Inovyn is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive financial systems, governance and controlling processes in a multinational setting. You will lead functional configuration, data migration and project delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements and budget constraints.

The role requires a strong Finance/Controlling background, 5+ years SAP FICO experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Business background in Finance / Controlling essential.
• A minimum of 5 years experience of SAP FICO implementation experience (including design, configuration, testing).
• Ideally ability to read, debug, update, write abap. And experience with sapscript and/or smartforms.
• Change management in multi-national organisation.
• Successful team building with wide range of internal and external bodies.
• Standardisation of business processes and business system support.
• Definition and implementation of IT processes.
• Project management & planning.
• Application problem analysis, testing and resolution.
• Business process analysis and solution modelling.
• Ability to identify and manage the risks, issues and complexities involved in changing processes/business systems.
• In depth knowledge of Finance (GL, AR, AP, AM, TR), Controlling (CCA, PCA, PC, PA, Material Ledger).
• Project Systems, European VAT and integrations with SD, PP, MM, PM.
• Writing specifications and preparing/delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and configuration support for SAP FI/CO, ensuring system stability and resolving user issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardise business processes, reporting and data management.
• Lead and support SAP projects, including design, configuration, testing, data migration and implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Key Users and third-party developers to deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Drive best practices, user training and change management initiatives across the organisation.
• Support reporting and management information requirements through user enablement and solution development.
