Connect2Dorset is leading a SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation for Dorset Council. The Data Migration Lead will define and execute the data migration strategy across Finance, Procurement, HCM and Payroll modules, ensuring data readiness and governance throughout the programme.

Qualifikationen

• Must have local government and Oracle Fusion experience.
• Experience leading SAP-to-Oracle data migration.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/MM/HR data structures.
• Experience with mock migrations and reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and sign-off capability.

Aufgaben

• Define and own end-to-end data migration strategy and governance.
• Lead extraction, mapping and transformation to Oracle Fusion Cloud objects.
• Oversee data cleansing, quality rules and ownership.
• Direct data loading using Oracle Fusion Cloud tooling (FBDI/HDL).
• Plan iterative mock migrations, reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Develop cutover runbook and data go/no-go criteria.
• Engage Finance, HR, Procurement and IT stakeholders for sign-off.
• Lead blended team across internal staff and SI partner.
• Provide governance, risk, and progress reporting to programme.
