Job summary

Conexus is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead a major SAP transformation programme from cutover planning through go-live support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage rehearsals and drive readiness for a complex go-live while maintaining governance and clear stakeholder communication.

The role requires active SC clearance, UK work eligibility and willingness to travel occasionally to the Netherlands and Germany. 6-month initial contract based in the UK.

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies relating to deployment activities.
• Track critical milestones and ensure all cutover deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the cutover life cycle.
• Support go-live execution and post go-live hypercare activities.
• Ensure governance, reporting and escalation processes are followed.

Contract Details

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join a major SAP transformation programme. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all cutover activities required to support a successful SAP go-live.

Working closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners, you will ensure a controlled transition from Legacy systems to the new SAP environment while minimising business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end-to-end cutover strategy and plan.

• Manage cutover rehearsals, dress rehearsals and go-live readiness assessments.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end cutover planning and execution.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting SAP go-live events within complex enterprise environments.

Essential Requirements

• Active SC Clearance.
• Ability to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Netherlands and Germany.
• Available to start ASAP.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within regulated or public sector environments.
• Exposure to multi-country SAP deployments.
• SAP S/4HANA programme experience.
