Job summary

Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead the cutover activities for a major SAP transformation programme. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing cutover activities to ensure a smooth go-live with minimal business disruption.

You will work closely with programme leadership, business and technical teams, and third-party partners, coordinating multiple workstreams while managing risks and ensuring governance and escalation processes are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end cutover planning and execution.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting SAP go-live events within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end-to-end cutover strategy and plan.

• Manage cutover rehearsals, dress rehearsals and go-live readiness assessments.

• Location: UK-based
• Travel: Occasional travel required to the Netherlands and Germany
• Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance is essential

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join a major SAP transformation programme. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all cutover activities required to support a successful SAP go-live.
Working closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners, you will ensure a controlled transition from legacy systems to the new SAP environment while minimising business disruption.

• Experience working within regulated or public sector environments.
• Exposure to multi-country SAP deployments.
• SAP S/4HANA programme experience.
