Job summary

TONI&GUY is looking for an experienced Assistant Salon Manager to support the busy salon operations and lead a column of clients. This role offers a path into management, with opportunities to uplift client experiences and drive sales and retention.

You will work closely with the Salon Manager, motivating the team, delivering high-quality haircuts and colour services, and contributing to the ongoing success of the salon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in hairdressing.
• Cut and colour experience (L'Oréal experience preferred but not essential - training provided).
• Participation in TONI&GUY's vardering program to stay up to date with techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the Salon Manager in daily operations, including team morale, scheduling, and client services.
• Lead by example on the salon floor, maintaining high-quality cut and colour services, and driving retail/treatment sales.
• Manage staff sickness cover, payroll-related tasks, and attendance/training rotas for the following month.
