Job summary

TONI&GUY Harrogate is seeking an experienced hairdresser to join as Assistant Salon Manager and Colour Specialist. You will balance client colour work with management duties, supporting and motivating a team while shaping the salon’s future.

You’ll lead by example, drive KPIs, nurture client relationships, and contribute to education and growth within a premium salon brand in Harrogate. This role offers career progression and in-salon training.

Qualifications

• Experienced and qualified hairdresser
• Strong colour knowledge and technical skills
• Leadership or management experience or readiness to step up
• Understands targets, KPIs, rebooking, retail and client retention
• Clear communicator who can handle challenges calmly

• Delivering exceptional colour, cutting and styling services
• Building and maintaining a loyal clientele
