Job summary

ghd is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Director for EMEA & APAC, based in London with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH). You will steer regional commercial coordination, oversee offline channels, and partner with regional MDs and ecommerce leadership to align plans and drive profitable growth across multiple markets.

• Senior commercial leadership experience in beauty or FMCG.
• Regional/multi-country responsibility with performance management at scale.
• Expertise in sales strategy, go-to-market, trade terms and channel optimisation.
• Experience leading commercial transformation or turnaround initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial coordination across all countries and channels (Offline & Online).
• Own commercial phasing by country and channel with AOP and in-year plans.
• Drive governance of Net Revenue, P&L, EBITDA, and key metrics across the region.
• Oversee offline channels (Premium Retail, Distributors & Salons) and align online/offline strategy.
