Qualifications

• 2+ years salon floor hairdressing experience.
• Expertise in a variety of hair techniques including cuts, colours and styles.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY experience for each client.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending colour services and promoting product sales.
• Mentor and inspire apprentices in the salon and embody the TONI&GUY brand.
