Job summary

Test Triangle Limited in London seeks a Salesforce Trainer to enable successful adoption of enhancements. You will deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and ensure users are equipped with up-to-date guidance for every sprint release.

You will develop materials, quick reference guides, and maintain knowledge base content, translating complex changes into clear, business-focused content. You will work with Product Owners, BAs, and delivery teams to understand upcoming releases and impacts,

• Deliver training sessions and demonstrations for end users on Salesforce features released each sprint.
• Develop and maintain training materials, quick reference guides, and supporting documentation.
• Update user guides and knowledge base to reflect live system functionality.
• Translate technical changes into clear, engaging training content.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and delivery squads on upcoming releases and impacts.
• Conduct user readiness activities ahead of sprint releases to support adoption.
• Provide post-release support and reinforce best practices.
• Gather feedback on training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve adoption and user experience.
• Monitor training completion, user engagement, and adoption metrics to measure success.
