Inspired Testing is seeking a Test Lead to own and coordinate testing for a Salesforce-based programme. The role focuses on hands-on manual testing while guiding test planning, execution, defect management, risk control and quality reporting.

• Hands-on manual testing across Salesforce functionality and end-to-end processes.
• Experience testing Salesforce solutions and UAT.
• Ownership of defect lifecycle and test reporting.
• Clear test progress and release readiness reporting.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain and communicate the overall test approach, plans, scope and priorities.
• Lead hands-on manual testing across Salesforce functionality, integrations and end-to-end business processes.
• Review requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to identify gaps and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing activities.
• Manage test environments, test data, dependencies, schedules and delivery risks.
• Own defect logging, triage, prioritisation, retesting and closure.
• Provide clear test progress, quality, risk and release-readiness reporting.
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams, business users and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain suitable test evidence, traceability and test closure documentation.
