Job summary

Arcus is seeking an experienced QA Lead to own product quality across its suite and drive the shift from manual to automated testing on Salesforce. You will define the long-term QA strategy, build the testing team and lead delivery of automation roadmaps.

This hands-on leadership role combines team management with manual testing initially, progressing to full automation across products and customer upgrades. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior QA role with direct team management.
• Proven success moving QA from manual to automated testing.
• Hands-on with modern automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium).
• Salesforce automated testing experience and related challenges.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript/Java; comfortable with HTML/CSS/JSON.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery and CI/CD (Bitbucket/Jira).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA team, mentoring testers and setting goals.
• Define and deliver the transition to automated testing framework.
• Remain hands-on with manual/regression/functional testing as needed.
• Design and optimise scalable automated test suites (Playwright/UTAM).
• Address Salesforce testing challenges across packages and configurations.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Release teams for upgrades/implementations.
• Contribute to product docs, changelogs and QA policies.
