Salesforce Technician (Chorley)
The Salesforce Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of Indevor Group’s Salesforce platform, ensuring the system is effectively configured, maintained and developed to meet the evolving requirements of the business.
The responsibilities outlined are representative of the principal duties associated with the role. All colleagues are expected to adopt a flexible approach, undertaking additional duties commensurate with the role and contributing to the wider success of the business where required.
The ideal candidate will already be operating within an IT support, systems administration, CRM or Salesforce-focused position, with approximately 2–3 years’ professional experience and demonstrable hands‑on experience administering and supporting Salesforce within a business environment.
They will possess strong technical and problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate and resolve system issues independently. They will be confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously and able to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in an ambitious, fast‑paced environment where technology and systems play an important role in supporting business performance. They will be comfortable taking ownership of Salesforce day‑to‑day, whilst also contributing to wider IT support, system integrations, data management and technology projects across the Group.
They will be proactive and forward‑thinking, with a genuine process improvement mindset and an interest in understanding how the business operates. Rather than simply maintaining existing systems, they will naturally identify opportunities to improve functionality, automate processes, enhance the user experience and ensure Salesforce continues to develop alongside the ongoing growth of Indevor Group.
