Indevor Group is seeking a Greenspace Project Manager to drive landscape and environmental projects across the South of England. You will inspect works, oversee contractors, review technical information and ensure smooth handover to long-term management, contributing to biodiversity and green-space delivery.
We value experience in estate or greenspace management, plus strong project delivery, risk assessment, and cost control.
Are you an ambitious and driven individual looking to advance your career? Indevor Group, a fast-growing, award-winning start-up, is looking for hard-working and conscientious individuals to join our high-performing team. As we enter the next phase of growth, we are seeking talented candidates to help us scale and deliver innovative solutions to the house-building industry. We are committed to excellence, high performance, uncompromising standards, and success. This isn’t a role for someone simply looking to pick up a pay cheque or even just build a reasonable career. We are looking for people who want to become part of our story, those willing to work hard, embrace challenges, and help us deliver on our ambitious business plan while having fun and making money along the way. This role would suit an individual with experience in landscape or estate management, contracts management, or grounds maintenance. This is not for the faint-hearted. But for the right person, it’s one hell of a journey.
Indevor Group is reshaping the house-building industry through innovation, technology, and a relentless focus on results. Our clients include some of the UK’s leading FTSE 100 companies, and we take pride in delivering solutions that drive real impact. We’ve built a culture that balances ambition with support, a place where people are challenged to achieve their best while being part of a team that celebrates success together. Our commitment to our people has earned us Gold accreditation from Investors in People and recognition in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, underlining our belief that high performance and a great workplace go hand in hand.
This role would suit a technically strong greenspace, landscape, estate or countryside management professional who can combine site-based judgement with disciplined project delivery. The successful candidate will be comfortable inspecting works, managing contractors, reviewing technical information and taking ownership of handover into long-term management.
As the Greenspace Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering English Estates’ growing portfolio of environmental and countryside projects, including suitable alternative natural greenspaces, country parks, nature reserves and biodiversity net gain projects. You will lead onboarding, technical assurance, handover and initial aftercare, ensuring completed assets are ready for safe, compliant and effective long-term operational management. The role will primarily cover sites across the South and South West of England, including Devon, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Sussex, Essex and Wiltshire, with occasional travel to sites outside this area as required. Working within the Environment & Biodiversity Team, you will help deliver high-quality greenspaces for communities and conservation. You will provide technical oversight from initial site assessment through to capital works delivery and the handover and aftercare maintenance arrangements. The role combines project management, technical inspection and review, and contractor oversight, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard in accordance with specifications. Working closely with colleagues, clients and contractors, you will provide expert guidance throughout the onboarding process of each project while maintaining quality, compliance and commercial awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing business, supporting the successful delivery of projects that enhance biodiversity, create high-quality green spaces and deliver lasting environmental value.
Are you ready to become part of something special? This is not the role for someone who is just looking for a salary, this is an opportunity to become an integral part of a growing business and contribute to our exciting journey. If you’re driven, enthusiastic, and ready to deliver results, we want to hear from you!
