We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to lead our technical support team and Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will be a Salesforce Certified Architect with expertise in Salesforce CRM, Field Service, and Revenue Cloud (RCA) or Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive technical excellence while aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical support engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
  • Salesforce Architecture & Strategy: Design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring best practices, security, and compliance.
  • Technical Support Oversight: Manage and optimize the Salesforce technical support team to resolve issues efficiently and improve system reliability.
  • Project Execution & Delivery: Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce advancements and drive innovation within the organization by recommending and implementing new features and enhancements.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish governance processes to ensure system stability, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Integration & Customization: Guide the development and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless workflows and data consistency.

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • Salesforce Certified Architect (Application, Technical, or System Architect) required.
  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce technical teams, including developers and support staff.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Field Service, and RCA or CPQ.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) and integration (APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive execution.

Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience

  • Experience with DevOps tools and Jira
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools within Salesforce.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or field service environment.
