Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to own and evolve a large, mature Salesforce platform in a 12-month contract. You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with hands-on software engineering, remaining actively involved in development, debugging and refactoring.

The role focuses on modernising a heavily customised production environment, improving stability, CI/CD, and release practices while mentoring the team and reviewing designs.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on Salesforce engineering experience on complex orgs.
• Proven modernisation of brownfield Salesforce environments.
• Strong software engineering and distributed-systems fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Salesforce application architecture.
• Modernise a heavily customised production environment.
• Work across Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, data and asynchronous processing.
• Improve stability, observability and supportability.
• Improve CI/CD, source control, environments, testing and releases.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code/design reviews.
• Stay hands-on with development, debugging and refactoring.
