Job summary

Sentinel is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to own the big picture across its Salesforce estate and connected platforms. The role requires architectural leadership across Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Cloud, with hybrid onsite in Oxfordshire and remote work.

Qualifications

Proven architectural ownership across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Clouds.
Strong integration architecture background: APIs, Middleware, event-driven design.
Experience linking CRM with membership and payments platforms.
Ability to lead multiple technical teams and align them across silos.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own architectural governance across Salesforce and connected platforms.
Define integration architecture linking Salesforce with Guest Journey, Membership and Payments.
Design a unified member data interface showing brand details and documents.
Coordinate cross-stream teams and provide architectural direction.
