A top-tier UK-based digital consultancy is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead cutting-edge transformation projects across the public and commercial sectors. ? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead agile delivery teams through complex Salesforce solution design and implementation, with a focus on AI and platform-first strategy.
• Collaborate with client architects and stakeholders to align on secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions across Sales, Service, Experience and Data Cloud.
• Drive presales strategy, estimates, and architecture direction in bids and proposals.
• Engage with Salesforce UK and top ecosystem partners as a trusted technical authority.
• Own architectural governance, design compliance and contribute to internal Salesforce practice development.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and consultants, supporting their growth within the practice.

? You’ll Succeed If You Have:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations in the UK (Public Sector experience a major advantage).
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications (CTA = HUGE plus – let us know right away!).
• Broad and deep understanding of Salesforce core clouds and ecosystem solutions.
• Comfort designing end-to-end solutions, including data migration, integrations (e.g. AWS, Azure, M365), and non-functional requirements.
• A natural ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing stakeholders, delivery risk, and technical governance across multi-vendor landscapes.

? It’s Even Better If You:

• Hold the Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Have active SC or DV clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).
• Are a thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem (blogging, speaking, contributing to the community).
• Have experience line-managing or mentoring Salesforce team members.
• Have worked across multiple major Salesforce projects simultaneously

? Required Certifications:

• At least 10+ Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
• Public sector delivery experience highly valued
