TRG Screen is seeking a Platform Architect to serve as a senior technology leader shaping the future of products. This is a critical role at the intersection of engineering, product, operations, and infrastructure, blending strategic thinking with deep technical execution.

As Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the architecture that powers our internal systems and product ecosystem. You’ll bring a broad systems-thinking mindset, enabling seamless integration across departments and improving operational efficiency.

You’ll champion modern DevOps and cloud practices, guide cross-functional teams on platform decisions, and ensure that TRG Screen’s architecture supports both today’s needs and tomorrow’s growth. If you’re energized by leading large-scale transformation, mentoring technical leaders, and embedding best practices across an organization, this role is for you.

Skills And Qualifications

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide architecture strategy, ensuring it’s scalable, future-ready, and aligned with TRG Screen’s business and product goals.
• Design an end-to-end platform that unifies systems across GTM, Finance and Ops.
• Own the architectural roadmap across departments, collaborating closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives that deliver high business impact.
• Ensure all architectural designs align with modern cloud-native principles, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  
  

Data & Analytics

• Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to design a domain-driven, unified data architecture.
• Support the creation of a real-time, scalable data layer that enables advanced analytics, AI-driven decision-making, and machine learning capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of data governance and compliance strategies.
  
  

Technical Leadership & DevOps Culture

• Lead by example across delivery teams, offering hands-on technical support and ensuring engineering excellence.
• Promote a DevOps-first culture by championing continuous delivery, automation, observability, and operational readiness in everything we build.
• Help teams strike the right balance between shipping value quickly and building with long-term sustainability in mind.
  
  

Collaboration & Influence

• Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders across business, engineering, product, and operations to align architecture with company-wide objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them navigate complex technology decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Champion a transparent and collaborative culture rooted in accountability, curiosity, and innovation.

• Mentor and coach senior engineers and tech leads, helping them grow in technical depth and leadership.
• Lead with humility and integrity—setting the tone for how we build, collaborate, and support one another.

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or enterprise systems leadership.
• Proven ability to define and scale cloud-native platforms and services—experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills—you can simplify the complex and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Pragmatic and adaptable—you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• Passion for DevOps, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and guiding cross-team architectural efforts is a strong plus.
