Aboutthe role

The Salesforce QA Lead engages directly with global, multi‑functional teams to provide technical testing in support of strategic development and enhancement of the Customer Relationship Management application (Salesforce). This includes, but is not limited to, direct engagement with technical and end‑user teams, assessment and advancement of complementary Salesforce release and test automation technologies, and alignment to overarching Salesforce Operations development objectives.

  • Determination and application of testing methodology/methodologies to ensure overarching quality on a vast range of projects

  • Applies advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Testing in relation to new integrations and existing integration troubleshooting
  • Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long‑range goals and objectives; work checked through consultation and agreement with business stakeholders more often than by formal review of superior.

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
  • Demonstrated test lead success with at least one large Salesforce Org
  • Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
  • Communication skills for both a technical and business audience
