Job summary

Arcus is seeking a QA Lead to own product quality, driving the move from manual to automated testing across our Salesforce-based product suite. You will define the long-term QA strategy, build and lead a testing team, and partner with Implementation and Release teams for customer upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior QA role with direct line management.
• Proven track record moving QA from manual to automated testing.
• Hands-on with Playwright or Selenium for automation.
• Experience with Salesforce automated testing and related constraints.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript/Java and HTML/CSS/JSON.
• Familiar with agile delivery and CI/CD (Bitbucket, Jira).
• Excellent communication and ability to write clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA team, mentoring testers and setting goals.
• Define the QA strategy and drive automation roadmap, including AI-driven testing.
• Maintain hands-on testing across regression, functional, UX, and integration tests.
• Design and optimize scalable automated test suites using Playwright/UTAM.
• Address Salesforce testing challenges across managed packages and configs.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Release teams to support upgrades.
• Contribute to product documentation, changelogs and QA policies.
