Job Description:

Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)

Responsibilities

• 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
• PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
• Experience working on PSS cloud and good understanding of GDS is preferred.
• CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a team to solve problems.
• Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
• Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementations.
• Assess customer requirements, co-create future vision, and map to Salesforce solutions.
• Provide guidance on target architecture, phasing, and transition plans.
• Offer domain expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform.
• Help build CRM strategies and roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce technologies.
• Design and configure solutions for complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to determine solution details and assess risks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
