Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long-term project)
Responsibilities
- 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
- PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
- Experience working on PSS cloud and good GDS understanding is preferred.
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team to solve problems.
- Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints.
- Assess customer requirements, co-create future visions, and map to Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to target architecture, phasing, and transition planning.
- Provide domain expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform.
- Assist clients in building CRM strategies and roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce technology.
- Work with technical teams to design and configure solutions.
- Review design blueprints and identify potential risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
