Salesforce PSS Solution Architect - PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud)
Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)
Responsibilities
- Mandatory experience in PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation.
- 12+ years of CRM experience with at least 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain.
- Experience working on PSS cloud and good understanding of GDS is a plus.
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team to solve business and technical problems.
- Serve as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
- Lead thought leadership in Public Sector/Energy & Utilities Industry; facilitate business process innovation workshops.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
- Assess customer business requirements, co-create future visions, and map solutions to Salesforce.
- Contribute to target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition architecture planning.
- Provide domain expertise and guidance on Salesforce 360 platform solutions.
- Assist clients in building their CRM strategy and roadmap, supporting quick wins and strategic goals using Salesforce.
- Work with clients to design and configure solutions based on complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, project teams, and partners to detail solutions and assess risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce updates, and competitive solutions.

- Expertise in areas like business strategy, application architecture, data, integration, security, cloud, and analytics.
- Assist in selecting Salesforce technologies and designing product roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
