Job summary

Triple Point in London is seeking a Senior Salesforce Portal Owner/Developer to own the end-to-end client digital journey across investor and adviser portals. You’ll work hands-on in Experience Cloud, building components and complex financial calculations powering onboarding, illustrations and servicing.

The role blends Salesforce development, product ownership, UX design and strict risk and compliance discipline.

Qualifications

Experience building complex client-facing financial calculations in Salesforce.
Hands-on data protection and regulatory discipline (GDPR/UK GDPR, FCA).
Onboarding and application journeys end to end (KYC/AML, LexisNexis).
Salesforce across Service and Experience Cloud; FSC preferred.
Strong UX, prototyping and design tooling (Figma).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end client digital journey across investor/adviser portals.
Lead data ownership, GDPR compliance and incident management with DPO.
Build and maintain portal in Experience Cloud with LWC/Apex.
Develop complex client-facing financial calculations (illustrations, valuations, schedules).
Design improved user journeys and ensure accessibility.
