Job summary

Tate is recruiting a Pipeline & Sales Operations Manager to join our growing Business Development function in Bristol. The role focuses on managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and ensuring Salesforce data accuracy in a fast-moving consultancy.

You will partner with Business Development Managers and Representatives, deliver reporting insights, monitor pipeline health, and support senior leadership with analytics. Hybrid working on Tuesdays and Fridays from home.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce experience.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
• Background in sales, business development, or commercial environment.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the sales pipeline across the BD team.
• Conduct regular pipeline and forecasting reviews.
• Produce sales reports and performance insights.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data.
• Monitor pipeline health, risks, and opportunities.
• Hold BDMs and BDRs accountable for forecasts and CRM records.
• Support commercial leadership with reporting and analysis.
