Job summary

You will run regular pipeline reviews with salespeople, update stages and forecasts, produce reports, and follow up on actions. The successful candidate will have strong Salesforce experience, excellent organization, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Substantial Salesforce experience within sales operations or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating pipelines, stages and forecasts.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Organising and conducting regular pipeline reviews with salespeople.
• Reviewing opportunity stages, expected close dates, forecasts and next steps.
• Identifying stalled opportunities and establishing what needs to happen to progress them.
• Ensuring Salesforce records are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Producing Salesforce reports to support pipeline reviews and commercial decisions.
• Highlighting missing information, overdue actions and inconsistencies in forecasts.
• Following up with salespeople to ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Supporting consistent use of Salesforce and agreed sales processes.
