Job summary

Tate is seeking a Salesforce expert to lead pipeline management and forecasting within a hybrid Bristol-based team. The role focuses on maintaining an accurate Salesforce environment and delivering actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Temporary contract initially, with potential for permanent opportunity. Hybrid working model with home working on Tuesdays and Fridays; salary negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
• Background in sales, business development, or commercial environment.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to build credibility and challenge stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the sales pipeline across the BD team.
• Conduct regular pipeline and forecasting reviews.
• Produce sales reports and performance insights.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data.
• Monitor pipeline health, risks, and opportunities.
• Hold BDMs and BDRs accountable for forecasts and CRM records.
• Support commercial leadership with reporting and analysis.
