Job summary

Radius is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to own the platform end-to-end from our Crewe campus. You will design and optimise journeys, work with data science and CRM teams to build audiences, and drive business outcomes across markets.

This office-based role requires hands-on ownership, strong data skills, and the ability to mentor a Junior Marketing Cloud Developer while improving governance and tooling across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing Data Extensions in Email Studio.
• Experience creating user journeys in Journey Builder with multi-market logic.
• Experience in Content Builder – end-to-end email creation.
• Confidence writing T-SQL queries and AMPscript personalization.
• Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals.
• Experience mentoring a teammate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud end-to-end.
• Design, build and optimise customer journeys across markets and units.
• Collaborate with data science and CRM teams to power campaigns.
• Write T-SQL queries for audience selection and AMPscript personalization.
• Own reporting on campaign and journey performance with dashboards.
• Manage email deliverability and sender reputation.
• Govern Salesforce email templates across the business.
• Evaluate third-party vendors and tools that support the platform.
• Collaborate with design, comms, data and pricing teams.
• Mentor a Junior Marketing Cloud Developer.
