Job summary

Lever Scott International in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join the expanding delivery team. You will lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and transformation programmes across multiple industries, delivering innovative CRM solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.

The ideal candidate has proven Salesforce project delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and solid Agile/Scrum delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce project delivery experience in a partner/consultancy environment.
• Strong Salesforce/CRM knowledge and experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce delivery teams and third-party stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, governance meetings and status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementation and transformation projects

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects within a Salesforce Partner or Consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce or wider CRM expertise
• Experience managing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable
