Job summary

Ledger seeks a Salesforce & Tooling Lead to own the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of our Salesforce ecosystem for Enterprise and consumer environments. You will line‑manage a small team of Administrators and serve as the primary technical expert for Agentforce across global operations.

Based in London or Paris, on-site five days a week, you will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality tooling solutions that support Ledger’s customer base and drive

Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on Salesforce experience in high-volume B2B/B2C environments.
• Proven experience operating Agentforce and Salesforce architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading a Salesforce team with coaching and accountability.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer; Service Cloud Consultant advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and line‑manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, setting objectives and guiding their growth.
• Own the strategic direction and health of Enterprise and consumer Salesforce environments, manage objects, flows and security.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on Agentforce, maintaining and enhancing its performance.
• Design and build custom solutions using Apex, LWC and Salesforce tooling, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Own release management, CI/CD and development backlog in JIRA, ensuring stability and security.
• Define governance, data protection and retention policies and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead AI initiatives beyond Agentforce to improve efficiency and customer experience in Customer Success.
