Job summary

UST in London is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead/Principal Engineer to drive the design, delivery and evolution of a strategic Salesforce platform within a leading Asset Management environment. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership to guide enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives.

You will work with senior stakeholders, leveraging Data Cloud, AI, and Agentforce capabilities, and shape a high-profile Salesforce transformation that delivers tangible

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering complex Salesforce programmes.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Copado, Gearset or similar tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is highly desirable.
• Salesforce CRM prior experience
