Role: Salesforce Lead Developer

Location: Onsite Mandatory

• Hands-on experience in Sales, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Test classes, Lightning Web Components.
• Ability to understand business requirements and estimate work effort and duration.
• Experience in creating Salesforce design and entity models & configuration.
• Provide solution design and implement changes.
• Assess impacts on technical design due to functional requirement changes.
• Perform code reviews, provide production support, incident management, and handle service requests and enhancements for Salesforce applications.
• Technical support for Salesforce applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exposure to Agile methodology is preferred.
• Guidance on integration and customization, design validation, and driving solutions using configuration.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Informatica; proficient in integration design, patterns, Rest/SOAP API.
• Data migration experience using tools like Data Loader and Import Wizard.
• Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud, CPA, Service Cloud, System, and Application Architect are preferred.
