Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will lead the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including writing Apex code, creating Visualforce pages, and implementing integrations. You should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce and experience leading successful projects.

A Senior Salesforce Developer should have an in-depth understanding of Salesforce, the ability to develop complex solutions, mentor team members, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices. Experience with web development languages and managing Salesforce DevOps pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab is essential.
