Job summary

Taylor Rose TTKW Limited is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack and managed packages. You will translate business needs into technical designs, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure security and enterprise alignment.

You will collaborate with internal/external vendors, keep up with Salesforce releases and AI best practices, and lead solution delivery with a focus on secure, scalable

Qualifications

Job description

Design and deliver technical solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack, and multiple managed packages.

Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements, working across scrum teams and external vendors

Work closely with the internal and external development team on solution delivery, providing technical guidance and supporting best practice on day-to-day build and design decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internally and externally) to ensure solutions integrate smoothly with enterprise systems.

Translate business requirements into technically sound, scalable solution designs

Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices, including AI

Ensure technical designs align with agreed architecture, security standards, and best practice set at the enterprise level

Qualifications and Skills:

• In-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions with a strong knowledge of best practice scalable and secure designs.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders (internal and external) and translate business requirements into technical requirements and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience implementing and leading AgentForce implementations
• Experience implementing integrated salesforce solutions
• (Desirable) Experience implementing Marketing Cloud Next
• (Desirable) Experience Implementing Shield platform
• (Desirable) Demonstrable in-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions in a legal or financial sector
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum best practice ideally across multiple teams
