In this pivotal role, you will act as the business owner for Salesforce within BDM. You’ll engage deeply with stakeholders across the BDM community—capturing, documenting, and prioritising business requirements. Partnering closely with the technology team, you’ll shape and guide the Salesforce roadmap to ensure it delivers on business needs and supports the firm’s strategic objectives.
