Role overview:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate the performance of our commercial organization and partner ecosystem.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that sits at the heart of our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for building and driving scalable enablement initiatives that empower our sales teams and partners to perform at their best—every day.

What you will do:
Design and execute enablement strategies for internal sales teams and external partners.
Build and implement onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching programs.
Establish repeatable frameworks and playbooks aligned with proven methodologies (e.g., MEDPICC, BANT, Challenger, etc.).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure content, tools, and messaging are aligned and effective.
Own the development and continuous optimization of enablement assets, including sales collateral, pitch decks, competitive intel, and training guides.
Identify performance gaps and address them with data-driven enablement interventions.
Serve as a trusted advisor and performance coach to frontline teams.
Measure and report on enablement impact (time to productivity, win rates, quota attainment, etc.).
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a senior L&D role within a commercial environment.
Deep understanding and practical application of sales methodologies like MEDPICC, BANT, and others.
Proven track record of building scalable training and enablement programs from scratch.
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Experience supporting both direct sales teams and partner/channel organizations is a strong plus.
Proficiency with sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Highspot , LMS platforms).
